Shipping policy

At Rawforma, we work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. For active subscriptions, your recurring orders will automatically process and ship according to your selected delivery schedule.

To help us serve you better, please submit any modifications to your initial order within 24 hours of purchase. This allows our team to update the necessary details promptly and ensure accurate processing. Please note that if shipping details or special instructions are not provided or corrected within this timeframe, Rawforma cannot be held responsible for additional costs or delays that may occur. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Delivery Timeframe We take pride in providing fast and efficient delivery services. Our estimated delivery timeframe is 5 to 15 business days, calculated from the date your order is processed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Note: We do not ship orders over the weekend. Any order placed between Friday–Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays). Thank you for your understanding!

Order Tracking To keep you informed about your shipment, we provide full order tracking. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your package
