We stand behind every Rawforma product. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Here's how returns and refunds work.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for First-Time Customers
If this is your first order with Rawforma, it's backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Try it for a month. If it's not working for you, email help@rawforma.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.
You don't need to return the bottle. Because of how supplements are manufactured, stored, and regulated, we can't resell returned product, so we don't ask you to ship it back. Keep it, throw it out, give it to someone who might benefit.
The guarantee applies once per customer, on your first order only. Returning customers and recurring shipments on active subscriptions aren't covered by this guarantee, since you've already had a chance to try the product. To avoid being charged for future shipments, cancel, skip, or pause your subscription before your next billing date (we'll always email you 7 days in advance).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us at help@rawforma.com as soon as you notice. Include a description of the issue and a photo if you can.
We'll get back to you within one business day with either a full refund or a replacement, your choice. You won't need to return the original product.
This applies to every order, not just your first. Damaged or wrong shipments are our problem, not yours, and we'll always make it right regardless of where you are in your subscription.
Exchanges
We don't process traditional exchanges. If you want to try a different Rawforma product, the fastest path is to place a new order. If your original order is eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee, email us and we'll process it alongside your new purchase.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method. Most appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, though processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
If 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still don't see it, email help@rawforma.com and we'll track it down with our payment processor (Shopify Payments).
What's Not Eligible
A few situations aren't covered by our refund policy:
- Subscription orders after your first one (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect)
- Orders where 30 days have passed since delivery
- Customers requesting a second guarantee refund on a new order under a different email
